The Ministry of Health in Ukraine provides free, virtual medical consultations.

Medical workers of various specialties are involved in this work: therapists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, gynecologists, psychologists, surgeons and pediatricians.

Inform health specialists about your child's disability, highlight specific characteristics and requests. If the child is blind, ask to describe every move to keep the child aware of the situation. Some children with cognitive disability may be very sensitive to touch, communicate it with healthcare providers.

  9. «Psychological Defense of Ukraine»: rofessional free support, useful articles during the war.
  10. «The Veteran Hub» has launched a support line for the families of veterans and militaries by phone: +38 067 348 28 68 (daily from 8:00 to 22:00). All consultations are free and confidential. In addition, you can get lawyers' advice on documents for registration at a new place, for traveling abroad, receiving social benefits, and children's education.
  11. Psychologists at the “Break the Cycle” career hub are ready to help women reduce stress and anxiety. Consultations are available by phone, as you can also contact them via Messenger, Viber, and Telegram. Contacts:
