The Ministry of Health in Ukraine provides free, virtual medical consultations.

Medical workers of various specialties are involved in this work: therapists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, gynecologists, psychologists, surgeons and pediatricians.

Inform health specialists about your child's disability, highlight specific characteristics and requests. If the child is blind, ask to describe every move to keep the child aware of the situation. Some children with cognitive disability may be very sensitive to touch, communicate it with healthcare providers.

In addition, you can get lawyers' advice on documents for registration at a new place, for traveling abroad, receiving social benefits, and children's education.
